I am a native Californian and earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2016. I became licensed by the State of California in 2020 and have worked in various mental health and medical settings, which have deeply shaped my therapy practice.

I have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those navigating codependency, addiction, and family/relationship trauma. My background also includes supporting clients with chronic illness as they face changes in identity, independence, chronic pain, and grief.

Through this work, I’ve witnessed the powerful connection between the mind and body, and how therapy can ease both emotional and physical suffering.

I have seen clients evolve beautifully in their healing and would love nothing more than to serve as a catalyst for your progress. I know you can create lasting, positive change in your life—with the right support and on your terms. I am so excited to start this journey with you.
